Busy Thursday; with a late schedule; and a rain on the way….
Hope I don’t need to give more explanation of what should be the situation that
time.
Recollecting the nursery rhyme in background “RAIN RAIN GO
AWAY… COME AGAIN ANOTHER DAY!!!” I started the daily routine of running or
walking [not sure what exactly it should be named] towards the bus stop with the
hope that I can catch the very next bus. Even though I couldn’t make it; I saw it
passing by. In the bad weather [winter cum rain]; with a restless cursing mind;
I made myself strengthen to wait for another one.
As a strange passerby a mild wind blow and made me feel chiller.
It reminds me the fact that I am drenched in the rain. Its magical spark made all
my tensions washed off. It calmed me with a whisper to go and enjoy the rain. I
was no more worried about the busy schedules or missed bus, or the unpredicted scolding
of the day. Closed my eyes for a moment; raising my face upwards started enjoying the small droplets one by one.
Do you know how romantic and beautiful it is to be in rain?
You should feel it. It’s Awesome!!!!
A HEART DANCING WITH THE DROPLETS
AND SINGING WITH ITS RHYTHM I AM STANDING IN THE RAIN ENJOYING IT
From my shuffled playlist the song “Azhiyilae Mukkulikkum
Azhagey, Azhiyilae Thathalikkum Azhagey” started playing. Changed all my
schedules of stress and re-scheduled it to enjoy the day. The silent bus came and
stopped by and I board the bus. A flashback of memories with family members,
relatives, and school and college mates made my travel very special. Silently
thanked social media for getting me in touch with few of my loved ones at the same moment without
any hesitation.
Life is a crazy ride. Everyone knows the fact it is too short.
Without enjoying the hidden/visible present beauty of the moment we struggle to
structure the not guaranteed tomorrow. Learn to live in the present moment. Realize
it is never going to comeback. I wish
the wind blow towards me to fall on everyone some day. It makes ourselves
a wake before one fine day trying to understand where we lost and where to find.
I don’t know how the day got over. But I know one
thing I enjoyed the day. With familiar faces and lot strange faces, lots of
loud laughs and shouts; fights and compromises going in surrounding the day got over. Talked to many whom I kept silence for a long. And the presence of a special face made me feel
more special.
After a long time I spent time to scribble something and
finally it turned to be the write up of a day of my life. Usual throughout but with the
unusual twist of a moment; the whole day turned to a special day of my life. Enjoying
that last sip of my mint tea before the freshness of yesterday fading and the sketch
of it infront.
My shuffled favorite playlist is still playing in the background.
Now it’s playing”Do Dil Mil Rahe Hain ….. Magar Chupke Chupke”. It’s time to
windup the day with the touch of sweet romance.
